This in-person workshop is designed for institutional researchers and IPEDS Keyholders who have led at least one full IPEDS reporting cycle. Participants explore intermediate-level best practices in managing IPEDS survey submissions, streamlining data processes using Excel, and applying benchmarking techniques to address institutional questions.

This workshop is ideal for experienced IPEDS Keyholders and IR professionals looking to improve data management efficiency and leverage IPEDS data strategically.

Note: Basic IPEDS survey submission instructions and introductory benchmarking concepts are not covered in this workshop. Participants should have prior experience with the NCES “Use the Data” tools and a working knowledge of Excel.
