LEADing Change with Analytics equips IR and IE professionals to move beyond simply delivering reports—empowering them to drive data-informed decisions and institutional change. Based on the Change with Analytics Playbook (AIR, EDUCAUSE, NACUBO, 2024), this interactive workshop helps participants develop strategies to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, overcome resistance, and lead efforts to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
