Purpose & Charge
The AIR Data Policy Advisory Panel will serve as an expert body representing the experience and technical expertise of professionals who work closely with higher education data, analytics, and policy.
Members provide actionable insights to inform AIR’s policy and advocacy efforts, particularly those related to federal data collections, and may be invited to share practitioner perspectives in response to media or other external inquiries.
Panel members are intentionally selected to represent a diverse range of sectors, institution types, roles, and viewpoints. Participation reflects recognition of meaningful contributions and leadership within higher education, as well as the ability to advise on the technical, operational, and policy implications of postsecondary data.
