Job dutiesAnalyzes and reports on student recruitment activity and enrollment data; identifies opportunities and trends and makes recommendations for admissions and enrollment strategies

Performs research and analysis, and develops reporting on recruitment trends, admissions, and various student and university data; applies analysis to develop effective strategies and disseminates information as appropriate

Creates models for projecting applicant and enrollment data using statistical techniques and provides ongoing recommendations for recruiting efforts; advises the annual enrollment planning and goal-setting process

Researches and responds to various ad hoc requests from internal departments and committees, as well as university leadership; provides recommendations based on data findings

Creates data visualizations to illustrate patterns and trends with various university data

Compiles information from both internal and external data sources and determines factors affecting university enrollment

Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum of a master's degree

Moderate amount of experience working in enrollment management, statistical reporting or in other related work

Master's degree in statistics, computer systems, business administration, social sciences or a related field of study

Experience with predictive modeling software, Rapid Insight's Analytics, SPSS or R.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or MS Power BI)

Experience with data management tools (Rapid Insight's Veera); ability to manipulate data using SQL and ACCESS.

Experience in reporting and data analysis - ability to provide report information in spreadsheet, graph, and table format

Experience with CRMs (Talisma)

Experience with Student Information Systems (Banner)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with problem solving, analyzing and researching
