Job Duties

Research Analyst

Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain engaging, interactive dashboards and automated reports using business intelligence software and other reporting tools
  • Extract and manipulate data from warehouse and enterprise systems using languages/tools such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Collect and verify data to complete external surveys
  • Assists in the completion of all required federal and state reporting
  • Coordinate various internal survey projects, from design through data analysis and reporting
  • Assists in the development of predictive models and other analytics initiatives

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, business, math, or education
  • Experience working with relational databases for data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Experience developing engaging and informative reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of research design and statistical analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
