Send your conference/event announcements to eAIR@airweb.org and include a link to your website for more information, such as call for proposals or registration, as well as a contact name and email address (conference/event announcements should be less than 100 words). NJAIR Conference 2017

The New Jersey Association for Institutional Research will hold its 23rd Annual Conference and meeting, themed “The Changing Role of IR”, on the campus of Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey. Keynote speaker, Dr. Michael W. Klein, Executive Director of NJASCU, will speak on the importance of institutional research in public policy. Additional presentations include updates on SURE and IPEDS, updates on the Middle States process changes, a panel of IR professionals on the changing role of IR, and presentations by NJAIR colleagues. NEEAN Summer Assessment Institute

June 6-7, 2017

Registration is now open for NEean Summer Assessment Institute. Track A gives teams of faculty and administrators the opportunity to review, reflect on, and plan assessment efforts at their institutions. Track B, A Deeper Dive into Assessment of Learning in courses, is recommended for individual faculty who want to clarify their expectations for students through clear learning objectives and corresponding assignments. 2017 AAIR SIG FORUM

July 26-27, 2017

The Australian Association for Institutional Research (AAIR) invites you to participate in the 2017 AAIR Special Interest Group (SIG) Forum. This year's event is being held at Macquarie University, Sydney. This year's theme is Creating Connections & Exploring Possibilities. Call for abstracts is now open. National Symposium on Student Retention (NSSR) 2017

November 6-9, 2017

Colleagues from diverse positions, fields and institutions will gather at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, FL to focus on current retention and graduation issues and solutions in higher education. CAIR 2017

November 8-10, 2017

The conference will be held at the Hilton Concord Hotel in Concord. Early bird registration is open, and early registrants receive a $50 discount off of the full-conference rate through September 11. All registrants receive access to the Hilton Concord's discounted hotel rate of $159 plus tax per night (while rooms last). The discount code will be provided after registering for the conference.

INK Data Day

Come join us at the Indiana Government Center to learn more about the Indiana Network of Knowledge (INK). Topics include an overview of INK, how you can access the data, and demonstrations on how you can use INK’s longitudinal data to enhance your research. HEDS Consortium

The Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium invites you to register for its 2017 HEDS Annual Conference, which will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio. The conference brings together people from small colleges and universities in an informal setting to present on and discuss topics related to assessment, institutional research, and institutional effectiveness. We welcome participants from all colleges and universities—you do not have to be from a HEDS institution or be an institutional researcher to attend this conference.
