Job Duties
• Lead and facilitate strategic initiatives to enhance academic operations and student outcomes.
• Support the planning and delivery of online, hybrid, and accelerated learning programs.
• Provide data support on enrollment, persistence, retention, completion, and student success.
• Advise the Vice President on academic trends, strategic initiatives, and policy matters.
• Collaborate on course scheduling and room utilization for operational efficiency.
• Support curriculum development and faculty professional growth.
• Assist with coordination of dual credit and Early College High School (ECHS) programs.
• Administer student evaluations and work with District Academic Affairs on results.
• Support student-related issues and serve as liaison to key committees, including the JCC.
• Provide occasional evening and weekend administrative support.
• Represent the College in external organizations as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in education or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in academic operations, strategic planning, or student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in higher education.
• Experience with accreditation, compliance, and enrollment management.
• Experience in project management, professional development, or student success initiatives.
• Background in grant writing or management.
• Experience with Career and Technical Education (CTE) or workforce development programs.
• Familiarity with health science and nursing program support.
