| Assist Executive Director of Institutional Research with administration of the IR survey research program, including designing, administering, analyzing, and sharing findings for college wide surveys; facilitating CSN’s participation in national surveys such as CCSSE, providing technical consultation to college staff in conducting surveys; administer CSN’s online survey platform; creating data dashboards that allow CSN staff to explore survey findings |
40 | Assist Executive Director of Institutional Research in providing research and data support for CSN’s strategic enrollment management efforts, including analyzing enrollment data, authoring regularly published reports on enrollment trends, creating statistical models for student retention and completion. |
15 | Assist with increasing data literacy of CSN staff by facilitating training sessions on various topics relating to use of data in higher education planning and evaluation. |
5 | Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion by behavior that fosters a work and learning environment that is safe and secure from any discrimination and harassment.
Participate in department and campus-wide professional development programs.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director for needs of the office, division, and institution. |
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Sociology, Psychology, or other data and/or analysis-based concentration; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of full-time comparable professional experience.
- Experience at a higher education institution, preferably within Institutional Research
- Experience designing, administering, analyzing results, and presenting results from large scale surveys
- Experience with Qualtrics/XM online survey platform
