Job Duties
Summary
The Data and Analytics Manager supports the College’s mission by transforming institutional data into actionable insights that inform strategic planning, enrollment forecasting, institutional effectiveness, and student success initiatives. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the College’s data warehouse (ZogoTech), conducting advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling, and supporting internal and external reporting requirements.
This position may offer flexibility for a hybrid or remote work arrangement, subject to departmental needs and approval. Please note that the College does not sponsor employment-based visas.

Qualifications

Education Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, educational research, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education Preferred: Master’s degree in data analytics, institutional research, statistics, or related discipline.
Experience Minimum: Two (2) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and/or institutional research, preferably in a higher education setting.
Experience Preferred: Experience with data warehousing systems, student information systems, and survey methodology.
