Job Duties

As the Associate Director of Compliance Reporting and Analysis, you will play a critical leadership role at the intersection of data, strategy, and accountability. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence & Research Services, this position leads the university’s compliance reporting and analytical efforts that support federal, state, grant, and stakeholder requirements while advancing institutional transparency and trust.

You will oversee and mentor a team of analysts, modernize and automate complex reporting processes, and serve as a subject matter expert on compliance data and governance. In this role, your work directly informs executive decision-making, supports strategic planning and assessment, and ensures that high-quality, well-governed data is used consistently across the institution.

This is an opportunity for a collaborative, technically strong leader who enjoys translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable insights—and who wants to shape how a large public university uses data to meet its obligations and improve outcomes.
