Job Duties

  • Plans for and helps manage the production of mandatory institutional reports, including the Arkansas Division of Higher Education and Department of Education

  • Provides data for the University’s response to the Higher Learning Commission’s annual update.

  • Creates enrollment, graduation, and other institutional reports for various university departments and colleges.

  • Responds to external surveys from federal, state and professional sources.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of experience in higher education administration, institutional research, auditing and monitoring, enrollment services, or student records or
  • Master’s degree plus one (1) year of experience in higher education administration, institutional research, auditing and monitoring, enrollment services, or student records required.
  • Two (2) years of experience with a student information system, such as PeopleSoft, Banner or Workday.

  • Experience with data reporting and/or visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft BI. Experience with SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or other query tools
