Job Duties

The Director of Institutional Research and Compliance supports the College’s mission by providing strategic leadership for institutional research, institutional data management, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees the collection, analysis, validation, governance, and reporting of institutional data to support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
