Data Analyst-Associate (On-site)
Application Procedure:
Job Duties
Assist in the administration, collection, monitoring, and analysis of surveys, course evaluations, and other assessment activities to support institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Administer course evaluations and prepare course evaluation program reports.
Assist in the design, administration, and analysis of surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics and other survey administration tools.
Support assessment and evaluation initiatives by tracking outcomes, monitoring performance indicators, and assisting with the interpretation and communication of results.
Compile, validate, analyze, and report data to support institutional, regulatory, accreditation, and compliance reporting requirements.
Respond to internal and external ad hoc data requests by gathering, analyzing, and preparing data, reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders across academic programs to identify data needs, define reporting requirements, and support assessment and evaluation projects.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and summarize findings, trends, and actionable insights to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Experience administering, monitoring, and analyzing surveys, course evaluations, and/or other assessment activities in a higher education or research setting.
Experience using survey and data collection platforms such as Qualtrics, or similar tools to design, distribute, and manage surveys.
Experience collecting, validating, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
Experience responding to data requests by gathering, analyzing, and presenting information in a clear and accurate manner.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, R, or similar software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
