Job Duties
Space Delta XIII is seeking an experienced administrator to be the inaugural Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator for the team. The position will work closely with our Assessments Director and because of our small academic affairs team will cover other roles outside of IE. Here are the overarching areas of the position:
- assessment of student learning outcomes
- organizational unit assessment
- program review and process improvement
- data collection and analytics
- oversight of accreditation inputs
- creation of course catalog and factbook
- HRPP oversight and compliance
Job Qualifications
Seeking an individual who has at least three to five years experience in academic administration in an institution of higher ed with institutional effectiveness as the key area of expertise. Experience in a military environment a plus. This is a GS-12/13 equivalent federal civil service position.

Space Delta XIII is the United States Space Force's educational unit leading the effort to provide professional military and professional continuing education for over 15,000 officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel across the service.
