Analytics is a team sport! This workshop focuses on the cross-cutting team plays in the Change with Analytics Playbook. We will consider each play and what it takes to successfully implement it, including building a successful cross-functional analytics team, working with executive sponsors to maximize impact, and considering what typical analytics job responsibilities look like when the rubber meets the road.
