We can’t know where we are going if we don’t know where we are. This workshop builds on the Assess the Current State of Analytics section of the Change with Analytics Playbook. We will examine how to use our assessment skills to level up on understanding our institutions’ analytics needs. In particular, we will cover successfully using and launching an assessment tool, designing and conducting a focus group, and applying the technique of SWOT analysis to analytics.
