Ready, set, change! Not quite. We often want to charge ahead toward a goal, but sometimes we need to step back to consider the goal itself. This workshop operationalizes the Create and Manage a Data Strategy Plan plays from the Change with Analytics Playbook. By applying the lens of design thinking, we will consider how to build a shared vision and roadmap for analytics, identify what our users really need, and create products that matter.
