Ready to move from data to action? This workshop helps you operationalize the PDP to drive student-centered improvements at your institution. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) offers a proven structure for institutional effectiveness, and this workshop emphasizes how to use PDP data to fuel the process—ensuring your plans are both grounded in insight and built for impact. You will learn how to use PDP dashboards to: 

• Identify a pressing challenge facing a specific first-year student population 
• Construct a focused improvement plan
• Develop a communication strategy to share findings, build stakeholder buy-in, and support sustainable change 

Notes:

• Registration closes July 30 or when capacity is reached. Space is limited.
• You will receive the Zoom link the day before the workshop.
• The workshop will be interactive, including the use of hands-on exercises and discussion. 

Please note: This intermediate-level workshop is designed for current PDP users who have experience with basic PDP dashboard navigation. The workshop focuses on the Retention/Persistence and Credit Completion Ratio dashboards, so you must be familiar with their definitions and navigation. The workshop will be interactive and will require you to access and use your institution’s PDP dashboards.
