PDP Submission: Course for Cross-Institutional Teams

The Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) Submission Course is an 8-week structured program designed to guide institutions through the entire PDP data submission process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. This cohort-based course is ideal for institutions looking for structured support, hands-on assistance, and peer collaboration while preparing and submitting their PDP data files.

Each cohort includes up to 25 institutions, fostering an interactive learning environment where participants can learn from expert guidance as well as peer experiences. The course consists of eight 1.5-hour virtual sessions, each covering key aspects of PDP submission, including data collection, cleaning, formatting, and validation. Weekly tasks ensure that institutions stay on track with their submission timeline.

In addition to structured sessions, the course provides weekly office hours for participants to ask questions and troubleshoot challenges. One-on-one technical assistance is also available to address institution-specific issues related to data collection, cleaning, and formatting.

By the end of the course, institutions will have successfully submitted their PDP data and gained the knowledge and tools needed to streamline future submissions with confidence.
