This tutorial demonstrates how to use the Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) Retention and Persistence Term-to-Term dashboard to focus on the retention patterns of high-achieving female first-year students. Participants will learn how to apply global filters and dimensions—such as GPA range, gender, and attendance status—to isolate this student population. The course also explains how to interpret term-to-term trends to identify when and where high-achieving female students are most likely to persist or stop out, helping institutions tailor support strategies for this key group.
