Planning and Research Analyst Senior

Job Duties
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau to support data-informed decision-making across the College.
- Document dashboard processes and ensure they are accessible, scalable, and aligned with institutional goals.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, integrate, and validate data from multiple relational databases.
- Create and maintain reusable, published data sources for use by analysts, developers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Lead and support complex research projects and studies with college-level impact.
- Analyze and interpret enterprise data to generate insights, and produce high-quality reports, visualizations, and presentations to inform institutional strategy.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for enterprise data and tools.
- Provide professional-level consultation and support to departments, committees, and employees.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and technical documentation related to data tools and best practices.
- Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews, and evaluates the work of staff.
- Support the mission and reporting requirements of the college and District, including serving as liaison for work teams and committees.
- Assist with or lead project planning, organization, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff and/or deliverables.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve data services and capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and the College.
