Job Duties

Establishes and maintains coordination of the data required to support academic, student services, and reporting functions, projects, and initiatives for the College. Responds to requests for data in a timely manner. Leads the creation of a college-wide data analytics vision and strategy in collaboration with college leadership to ensure consistent definitions and application of data in supporting the College’s goals and priorities. Ensures data used for reporting to local, state, and federal entities is accurate, reliable, traceable, timely, consistent, and secure. Identifies and integrates internal and external data sources to provide additional quality and cost-effectiveness for enhanced analytics and innovation throughout the College. Expands the College’s research and analytics platform, focusing on new, emerging, and innovative approaches in supporting a more robust digital business model. Manages the College's survey process for gathering data on the student population and their level of engagement and satisfaction with the institution. Manages the College's survey process to assess the student evaluation of instruction. Establishes and maintains strong collaborative working relationships within the institution to support sound decision-making through the utilization of data. Provides updates to ELT on college-wide performance. Serves on college teams and committees. Supervises the Statistical and Research Analyst.
