Job Duties
The Institutional Effectiveness Analyst supports institutional planning, decision-making, and compliance by collecting, cleaning/validating, analyzing, and reporting data related to student outcomes, enrollment trends, academic programs, and strategic initiatives. This position supports surveys, research projects, and strategic planning by creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Workday. This role offers hands-on experience with institutional databases, reporting tools, and research methodologies in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
