Job dutiesThe successful candidate will be expected to:

Monitor colleges, departments and schools with accreditation self-study reports, and supervise program compliance with local, state and federal standards

Assist Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs with submission of federal, state and institutional data reports upon requests

Provide or coordinate electronic data management system training sessions, and accreditation standards professional development workshops for faculty and staff upon request

Supervise submission and collection of quality assurance and institutional effectiveness plans, as well as reports regarding academic program completer rates

Assist Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmation activities and reports

Supervise the collection and distribution of end-of-course evaluations, and related assessment instruments for assessing student learning outcomes

Monitor colleges, schools and departments while preparing for campus accreditation site visits

Participate in national, state, and/or regional accreditation conferences in order to remain current with various accreditation associations’ requirements

Assist the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs with planning periodic program reviews as necessary

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
QualificationsA doctorate degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required. At least five (5) years of professional experience in an administrative role at the university level is preferred but not required. The Executive Director must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; outstanding analytical skills; and a commitment to working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Salary range$80,000 - $100,000
