• Preparing technical training materials for the Trinity community.
Fellows must have successfully earned an undergraduate degree in any field within the last 3 years, preferably from a liberal arts college. They must be agile, creative, and passionate about the liberal arts experience and Trinity’s mission and strategic goals. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of being highly collaborative and committed to inclusiveness, and they will be interested in thinking about the future of higher education.

Successful candidates will possess intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent analytical skills, and the perseverance to iterate repeatedly in search of solutions to complex problems; be eager to stay abreast of emerging best practices and learn new tools and techniques; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with concurrent assignments and short deadlines; be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently; and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal forms.

• Familiarity with survey design and management (preferably using Qualtrics);
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• A commitment to integrity, critical thought, accuracy, teamwork, and effective project management;
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; and
• An optimistic outlook, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a sense of humor.
