Good decisions start with good data. But good data doesn’t just happen. This workshop, based on the plays in the Develop and Maintain a Data Governance Program in the Change with Analytics Playbook, focuses on tools and processes to evaluate data governance needs and kickstart positive change. We will engage in activities around identifying institutional data champions and other key roles, creating shared understanding through a data governance charter, and empowering data stewards to take charge of data governance to improve the quality of institutional data.
