Job dutiesYou will lead our two main business lines, which include research-based consulting and predictive modeling. To be more specific:

• Design and analyze custom research related to enrollment management
• Conduct industry-wide research to find the most current and effective methodologies, keeping us at the top of our game
• Oversee the creation of statistical models that help colleges and universities decide how to spend financial aid to meet their enrollment, retention, and fiscal goals
• Serve on the leadership team
• Manage staff
• Talk to clients and advise them on research insights and strategy
Qualifications• Doctoral degree preferred in social science or another field where data analysis has been an important part of your education
• Knowledge of enrollment management theory and practice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantitative statistics packages like SPSS, SAS, or R; knowledge of programming languages is required
• Experience with multivariate data analysis, such as multiple regression, logistic regression, conjoint analyses, and machine learning algorithms
• Experience in management of staff
• Collaborative working style
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent skills of persuasion
• Five or more years of work experience
