Institution descriptionThe Coordinator is responsible for leading the colleges’ faculty driven academic assessment program that aligns with accreditation standards and strategic goals.
Job dutiesEvaluating program and institutional effectiveness; serving as the liaison between the college and MHEC; providing professional development training and support to faculty regarding assessment best practices; configuring and maintaining TracDat; and managing current assessment maps aligning course outcomes with relevant programs and general education outcomes.
QualificationsMaster’s degree with 3-5 years college teaching experience. Minimum of 3 years conducting assessment of student learning outcomes; conducting data analysis, reporting and presenting assessment information. Experience leading college committees and projects. Attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in technology and integrated information systems. Knowledge of federal, state, and regional accrediting agencies.
