Our students’ ability to earn sufficient credits per academic year is the primary indicator of timely completion. The Postsecondary Data Partnership dashboards (PDP) provide institutions with the opportunity to analyze metrics that demonstrate student academic load and credit progression. In this workshop, we use the PDP dashboards to examine early momentum metrics to help institutions understand which student populations are accumulating sufficient credits to graduate on time and which populations would benefit from additional support structures. Participants will also discuss how to share these results with institutional stakeholders to build buy-in and create change.

As a result of this workshop, participants will:

• Use the PDP dashboards to identify their institution’s credit accumulation ratio and credit completion rate.
• Use the PDP dashboards to identify student sub-populations requiring additional support.
• Understand the interdependencies of metrics that inform student progression and credit accumulation.
• Discuss how to share this information with institutional stakeholders to build buy-in and to create change. 

Notes:

• Registration closes April 11 or when capacity is reached. Space is limited.
• You will receive the Zoom link the day before the workshop.
• The workshop will be interactive, including the use of hands-on exercises and discussion. 

Please note: This intermediate-level workshop is designed for current PDP users who have experience with basic PDP dashboard navigation. The workshop focuses on the Credit Accumulation Rate, Credit Completion Ratio, and Subgroup Gap Analysis dashboards. The workshop will be interactive and will require you to access and use your institution’s PDP dashboards.
