CUPA-HR Employee Retention Survey Opens April 10

  • by AIR

Mark your calendar: The 2023 CUPA-HR Employee Retention Survey, which opens on April 10, 2023, will collect responses from staff employees (not faculty) who work in all sectors of higher education on timely topics such as reasons for seeking other employment, remote work policies, well-being/satisfaction, and challenges for supervisors.

Your participation as an IR/IE professional will help ensure that the survey is as representative as possible and that there are enough responses to disaggregate the survey results for IR/IE. The 2023 CUPA-HR Employee Retention Survey, is an important complement to the AIR National Survey of IR Offices. For questions about the survey, see the CUPA-HR website or contact the CUPA-HR research team at research@cupahr.org.
