Job dutiesThis individual assists the Provost with the collection, management, and reporting of institutional data in alignment with the Institutional Assessment Plan. This position is responsible to oversee all assessment functions of the college, providing administrative oversight for institutional effectiveness. Besides ordinary functions of the office, this position is required to respond to the assessment needs of established committees and ad hoc research needs. In addition to the Publication of the annual Assessment Data Book and Analysis of Federal Guideline Report, this position is required to prepare and present numerous reports. This many times requires the synthesis of data, which will necessitate the arrangement of data into a comprehensible form. Work often involves acting as a liaison between the Provost and departments within the college, and the college at large, regarding the performance of the college, its programs, and its people. Position requires attention to detail, high energy and willingness to accept responsibility.
QualificationsApplicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) with an emphasis in statistical analyses and research methods. Communication skills (oral, written, presentational), experience with statistical software (SPSS & EXCEL), survey construction, and data mining are essential. Preference will be given to the candidate with an established record of organizational effectiveness. The applicant should possess proficiency in several areas such as Word Processing, Database Management, Interpersonal Interaction, and Project Management. Specific preference will be given to the individual that can demonstrate a viable vision for Office of Institutional Research here at Central Christian College.

Salary range$20,000 - $40,000
Salary benefitsThis is a non-faculty status position, serving in a 12-month position, for an annual salary of $40,000. Central offers an attractive benefits package.
