  1. Provide assistance in questionnaire and design to the campus community.
  2. Create data briefs for the Adelphi community on outcomes and processes that support strategic goals.
  3. Gather and analyze information on the University’s students, faculty, and community, focusing on assessment and accreditation outcomes.
  4. Design, conduct, and analyze survey results, including national (NSSE, etc.) and internally developed ones (Recent Graduate Survey, etc.).
  5. Supports the Associate Director in performance measurement and assessment activities of its academic and administrative departments by collaborating with other offices to ensure the integrity and usability of its data and information resources.
  6. Assists the Associate Director in the development, implementation, and refinement of accreditation and assessment processes.
  7. As the central support for data collection and analysis related to accreditation, support the program directors in evaluating student and program effectiveness
  8. Serve as an active participant in all other ongoing activities of the office.
  9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
  2. Master’s degree is preferred.
  3. Minimum of three years of experience in the field of higher education institutional research or a similar environment is required.
